Audrey Mitchell is a registered dietitian who has been practicing since 2014 and brings experience from a wide range of nutrition settings. Over time, she discovered a passion for working with bariatric and weight loss patients, helping them navigate their journeys with clarity and confidence.

Audrey also has extensive experience supporting kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant patients, giving her a strong foundation in complex medical nutrition therapy. She understands how overwhelming and confusing nutrition and weight loss information can be, especially online, and is passionate about providing down-to-earth, practical education that patients can actually use.

Patients appreciate Audrey’s warm, approachable style and often say she makes them feel supported, understood, and comfortable—like working with a friend while still receiving expert guidance.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys reading sci-fi novels, watching horror movies, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, children, and three dogs. Traveling is also a favorite pastime, with Uruguay holding a special place as her favorite destination.
