Janelle Hodovic is a registered dietitian with more than 20 years of experience in bariatric surgery nutrition, having worked in the field since 2002. She has practiced in both Iowa and Arizona, supporting patients through all phases of the bariatric journey with a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient education.
Janelle holds advanced credentials as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and is board certified in obesity and weight management, reflecting her deep expertise in complex metabolic conditions. In addition to her clinical work, she teaches basic nutrition online for Grand View University and contributes to the profession as an exam writer for the CSOWM credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
