She has played a vital role in managing teams, strengthening internal systems, and supporting the day-to-day operations that allow both patients and providers to succeed.

Before joining Bariatric Dietitian Services, Tiffany held leadership roles directing an assisted living home and overseeing HR operations, giving her a strong foundation in healthcare administration and people-centered leadership. She is deeply passionate about customer service, believes in leading by serving others, and values continuous learning.
