Kate Stephenson is a registered dietitian with experience across acute care, long-term care, and bariatric nutrition, with a primary passion for helping patients improve their health and quality of life through personalized nutrition counseling.

She completed her dietetic education and internship through Iowa State University, earning a Master of Professional Practice in Dietetics, and holds a dual undergraduate background in Human Nutrition & Foods and Russian Studies from West Virginia University. Kate has also earned specialized certification in the Low FODMAP Diet through Monash University, allowing her to support patients with IBS and other gastrointestinal concerns using evidence-based strategies.

Kate enjoys bringing creativity into her work and often channels that passion into writing and creating nutrition-related content. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her daughter.
